The bylaws for MPV Los Angeles reflect the fundamental policies that govern our organization.  Job descriptions, detailed committee arrangements, rules for conducting meetings, and guidelines for members, etc. can be found here.  The bylaws have been approved as an effective document to direct our deliberations.
